this is a fun little track

this track will put a smile on your face. with the qwirky loop, to the 'outer space' sounding highs. when it first came on, i had my doubts about it, but as the song progressed, as did the quality. Good work here.

nothing bad here, but nothing truly stand-out either. All i hear is the sped up sample and some snares and bass added. Maybe try harder next.

More dynamic sounds would work well

This is something i could see playing in a European club of some sorts. good sounds, good layering, all-round great effort here.

it seems like the base beat doesn't go along well with what you have layered onto it.

You're right, nothing fancy...

But this is not a bad piece of work. Like stated before, nothing special or 'stand-out' about this, but what is here is very much average/above average

I would like to here more from you, maybe alittle more effort?

When I say nothing fancy, I mean it's bordering on a minimal style. A song doesn't have to have 10 parts playing to be effective so I think you're reading into my description a bit too much.

the only thing i can hear wrong with this track is that maybe the highs are alittle too 'high' and the lows are alittle too 'low'

nice loop used as your base beat though. Easily an 'above average' submission.

Ultra Chill

This is a fucking great chill-down song. I really got into it. I could see myself winding down to a tune like this at the end of the day. You, Sir have done a fine job here, and hope to hear more in the future

Thanks to both of ya! As to whether the bass is a vst, it's not. It's a HEAVILY altered loop from a sample library. I really only keep the rhythm and edit the pitches in Ableton Live.

You have a nice base sound here, with alot of chance to build on top of it, and maybe get some pretty dynamic sounds. but this submission isn't quite it. Not that what you have here is bad, just there could be more added onto it. You are getting there, just keep at it!

Thanks for the review! Yeah, I really need a lot of practice and put more effort into my loops, and find out how to make them longer. I loved the sound I had, but it did something to pull it all together, very bland.
